Management Consulting
Employers sometimes bring about changes in the workplace due to environmental, economic, or operational reasons. At DN23 & Associates we can assist in managing the process, taking industry best practices into account. We do an audit of your current situation, and where necessary, we recommend improvements and develop an action plan for implementation. Our management consulting includes engagement surveys, data gathering and analysis. We also do policy drafting and updating, as well as assisting with performance management processes.
Legal Consulting
No company wants to be involved in lengthy court battles. At DN23 & Associates, we strive towards reaching amicable outcomes prior to a dispute escalating externally. We consult on a variety of legal matters including legal compliance, retrenchment and restructuring. We conduct independent disciplinary hearings, assist with grievances and offer ADR. We also advise on policies, codes, employment contracts, separation agreements and MOUs.
Learning and Development
DN23 & Associates recognises the importance and value of skills development. In collaboration with the Labour and Social Security Law Unit of the Nelson Mandela University, we offer tailor-made short learning programmes and further studies in labour law. We also offer workshops for new managers on workplace policies, rules, and disciplinary codes.
